There are many things I can say about the high quality of service I provide to my home seller and home buyer clients, but probably none would be as credible as testimonials from some of my recent clients themselves. So please take a moment to read the following testimonials. I hope they indicate my experience and integrity, as well as make it clear how much I enjoy helping people with their real estate needs.
I was under the gun! I had my mother's house listed over two different time intervals with two different realtors and had not had much activity. I needed to make a change. Third time was the charm! And a charming lady she is...Loretta Maimone of Maimone Realty. She and her associates, Carolyn and Catherine were fabulous. In no time at all, there was a virtual tour on-line that was to die for. The photography, background music and tag lines with each photo gave the house added impact. I received weekly online reports regarding the progress. This was the first time I was selling a house and the process was quite foreign to me. Loretta explained everything and no question was considered trivial. I was very impressed with her wealth of knowledge, organizational skills, and time line at getting things accomplished. She always returned my phones calls promptly and was ethical to a fault. I am sure all home sales and purchase transactions have their own little quirks as part of the process. Mine was no exception. Loretta and her team at Maimone Realty worked through the various idiocyncrasies of my sale with great professionalism. I have heard that selling or buying a home can be a very stressful time but I can honestly say that Maimone Realty disproved that theory. My buyer and I couldn't have been more suitable and we all shared laughs and champagne at the closing! I highly recommend Maimone Realty. As a matter of fact, this testimonial is totally unsolicited. If you are looking for someone to listen to what you are looking for in a property, utilize the latest and greatest techniques, put their heart into finding just the right property for the right price, then Loretta Maimone is the person for the job. I wanted a home in a particular location with a design that would support family/friends visiting, a nice private master suite, etc., and Loretta must have taken me to fifty homes. Some of the homes that were empty we visited three plus times. She is patient beyond words, and never pushy. She will also support you 100% in whatever purchase you decide on. I found Loretta to be very "Professional," kind and caring. I met her when I first called about a house that I wanted to look at last year, and I now call her Friend.
In my opinion she is the best Realtor in Lake County.
